1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to ZKGift. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at zjrgift.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products offered through it. By browsing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
ZKGift (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this Site and sells seasonal and decorative gift products. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].
3. Products and Descriptions
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:
- Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
- Handmade and hand-finished items may vary slightly in shape, finish, or decoration.
- Dimensions and weights are approximate and are provided for reference only.
Product photographs are for illustration. Where a listing covers a set or assortment, the quantity stated in the product title and description governs.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel your order, we will refund any amount you have already paid.
5. Pricing, Payment and Taxes
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider (PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Where required by applicable law, sales tax or other charges may be added at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.99, and orders over $49 ship free. Estimated processing and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before placing an order.
8. Candle and Decorative Item Safety
Some of our products are decorative candles or contain small parts. Please follow these precautions:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles and open flames away from children, pets, curtains, and other flammable materials.
- Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use and always burn on a heat-resistant surface.
- Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains.
- Some items are decorative and are not toys. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
These products are not intended to be used as a sole source of light or heat.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and page design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
